Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vegan Belgrade mobile application and website. By using Vegan Belgrade, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Vegan Belgrade
Vegan Belgrade is an informational service intended to help users discover restaurants, cafés, food venues and vegan-friendly menu items in Belgrade.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it. You must provide accurate information where required and must not use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Authentication may be provided through Supabase Auth and supported third-party authentication providers, such as Google. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Restaurant and menu information
Restaurant listings, menu items, ingredients, prices, opening hours, availability, links and vegan designations may come from restaurants, public sources or third-party services. This information can change without notice.
Vegan Belgrade does not guarantee that a menu item is currently available, strictly vegan, free from cross-contamination, or suitable for any allergy or medical dietary requirement.
4. No medical or nutritional advice
Content in Vegan Belgrade is provided for general informational and discovery purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional or allergy advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract substantial portions of the service where prohibited by law or without permission;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization;
- use automated means to overload or abuse the service.
6. Third-party services and links
Vegan Belgrade may link to restaurant websites, maps, delivery platforms, social networks or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, transactions, privacy practices or terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Vegan Belgrade name, branding, interface, original text, software and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, menu descriptions and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. User content
If Vegan Belgrade allows users to submit reviews, corrections, suggestions, photos or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit. You must have the right to submit that content and must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, add or remove features, or change how information is displayed. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, address security risks or respond to serious violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegan Belgrade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vegan Belgrade and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on restaurant or menu information, third-party services, or interruption of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Your use of Vegan Belgrade is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Vegan Belgrade after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Vegan Belgrade, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
